The chalet was great, the food was fantastic, and the hot tube was a brilliant finish to a day on the slopes (what a view with a glass of wine in hand!). But much of the success has to be credited to you - you created and provided a really relaxing, enjoyable atmosphere. I was particularly impressed and grateful for you and Winnie taking Alexander and Seth out to the snow park. It was much more fun for them than it would have been going with their parents and little sisters."
