Just thought i would pop down to Mexico for a week to get some last summer sun, before I start the season. I am staying in a place called Aijhi on lake chapala it is a pretty cool place and so so cheep. The only problem is the fleas!!! loads and they love to eat me. hehe. The food is so amazing lots of ideas for next seasons menu. I am going to Houston, Texas next week for some shopping can't wait lots of cheep Burton Stuff. Anyway Must dash. Pete

Just returned from a road trip to Amsterdam last weekend. What an amazing city so much to do and see! Now back in the office Boo! I might have to plan another road trip before the end of the summer. Going to be taking it easy this week to recharge the batteries

What a bad summer so far no sun but rain rain rain, but having a blast anyway. I have been pretty busy since I returned from France, took a trip to morocco for a few days for the culture of course? also to pick up some new menu idears and to eat lots of good food yumm, try the shisha lol.. For those who know me you will find it a shock that I have been going to the gym for the last month . This just means I can eat more cheese and not get too fat...lol

This week I am off on a road trip to Amsterdam, so should have some good stories to tell when I return.

Hope everyone is having a good summer and I am looking forward to getting some fresh tracks next season,
