Alp shack is an independent family run business. We aim to provide our guests with a first class chalet experience, with an emphasis on warm hospitality, amazing food and excellent service. Our chalet in Montorlin, La Plagne has undergone complete refurbishment in 2006 and features a hot tub, 6 ensuite rooms with flat screen tvs, and a PS2, iPOD docking station and DVD in the main lounge making it the perfect place to relax after an exhausting day on the slopes.

As a family, we ourselves have been visiting the La Plagne and Les Arcs region for many years and have consequently made many friends in the locality, we would like to share our experiences with regards to best places to eat and visit and suggest excursions and activities that will help to make your holiday memorable.

Meet the team…

Your chalet host, Pete Williams and his team, will be pleased to welcome you and will ensure your stay is as comfortable as possible. Pete is an established seasonnaire of 5 seasons, and has enjoyed skiing all over the world, however he always returns to the Paradiski area due to the fantastic variety of skiing and boarding on offer, and the local cheeses! Corden Bleu trained, Pete is a firm favourite with his guests, expect wholesome meals with a twist and mouthwatering desserts. When not serving food Pete will be happy to introduce you to the vast ski area and locality, with his recommendations for skiing, boarding, eating and partying.
